No discovery call template. No sales sequence.

A short email with:
- Who you are and what organization
- The system, project, or problem you are looking at
- A timeline if there is one
- Whether you have already engaged an integrator or are still in procurement
The shorter and more specific the email, the faster the response. Most get a same-day or next-business-day reply.
